Quick and easy vegan mocha latte with your choice of nut or soy milk.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life®)
  • 0.5 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vegan whipped cream (such as So Delicious® Cocowhip™)
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix coconut milk beverage and chocolate chips. Bring it to a gentle boil, whisking continuously until the chocolate chips are melted, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in espresso powder and cinnamon until well combined. Take off the heat and add vanilla. Serve topped with vegan whipped cream.
