Vegan whipped cream made with luscious coconut cream, vanilla, and sugar perfect for any decadent dessert or cake topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes, then take it out.
  • In a chilled bowl, mix together coconut cream and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until thick and creamy, for about 5 minutes.
