Vegetable stir-fry

Whip up a sizzling stir-fry for quick and delicious weeknight meals.
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 50g butter
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g carrots, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 225g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 175g baby corn
  • 225g bean sprouts, trimmed
  • 250g baby spinach
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 150ml teriyaki marinade
  • 85ml soy sauce
  • 73.20 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 50g grated ginger
Instructions:
  • Combine the teriyaki marinade, sauces, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and let the flavors meld together.
  • In a hot wok, sizzle oil and butter. Toss in onion and sauté briefly. Throw in carrot, mushroom, and corn; stir-fry for a minute. Introduce bean sprouts and baby spinach, cook until spinach wilts slightly.
  • Combine the sauce, lime juice, and honey in the pan and heat just until warmed through.
