Quick and tasty beef patty dinner with veggies, ready in 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (1/4-lb.) ground beef patties
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (4.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (12-oz.) jar beef gravy
Instructions:
  • Prepare a sizzling 12-inch nonstick skillet with a light coat of nonstick cooking spray. Warm it over medium-high heat until it's ready. Gently place the beef patties in the skillet and generously season with peppered seasoned salt. Sear for 3 to 5 minutes until beautifully browned on both sides, flipping just once.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a skillet, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender, stirring and flipping the patties occasionally. Serve with mashed potatoes, if desired.
