Savor the exotic flavors of this refreshing Asian-inspired drink.
Ingredients:
  • 53.75 gm caster sugar
  • 65.63 gm lime juice (see tip)
  • 250.00 ml ice cubes
  • 375.00 ml soda water, chilled
Instructions:
  • Split the sugar evenly between two chilled glasses with a 1 1/2 cup capacity. Pour the lime juice on top of the sugar. Stir gently using a metal spoon until well combined.
  • Crush ice cubes in a snap-lock bag wrapped in a tea towel using a rolling pin. Divide the crushed ice between glasses, stir, and top with soda water before serving.
