Honeycomb caramel martini with butterscotch schnapps, vodka, whipped cream, and caramel chocolate. Ideal for parties or dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) butterscotch schnapps liqueur
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) vodka
  • 250ml (1 cup) Violet Crumble Honeycomb Caramel Flavoured Milk
  • Caramel sauce, to serve
  • Violet Crumble Honeycomb Caramel chocolate pieces, crushed, to serve
  • Ice-cubes, to shake
Instructions:
  • On a small plate, spread the caramel sauce and place the crushed Violet Crumble. Dip the rims of two martini glasses in caramel sauce, then Violet Crumble to coat. Drizzle caramel sauce into the glasses.
  • Combine the butterscotch schnapps, vodka, milk, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  • Pour the mixture into the glasses, then dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with Violet Crumble before serving.
