Kooky caramel freakshake

Indulge in a heavenly freakshake with caramel, cinnamon doughnuts, Violet Crumble, and caramel popcorn atop a rich milkshake.
Ingredients:
  • 80g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 4 mini cinnamon doughnuts
  • 50g Violet Crumble chocolate bar
  • 62.50 ml mini pretzels, chopped
  • 125.00 ml salted caramel sauce, warmed
  • 386.25 gm milk
  • 6 scoops salted caramel ice-cream
  • 62.50 ml caramel popcorn
  • 2 jersey caramels, quartered
Instructions:
  • Chill 2 glasses with a 2-cup capacity in the freezer.
  • 1. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring halfway through until smooth. 2. Spread a little chocolate on one doughnut, then stack another doughnut on top. Drizzle with more chocolate. 3. Repeat the process with the rest of the doughnuts to create a second stack. 4. Allow the stacks to stand for 10 minutes until the chocolate is set. Save any leftover melted chocolate for later.
  • Cut the Violet Crumble bar in half. Chop one half roughly and cut the other half into shards. Mix pretzels and chopped honeycomb in a shallow bowl. Use the melted chocolate to coat the rim and 2cm down the outside of glasses. Dip glasses in pretzel mixture, then chill in the freezer for 10 minutes or until set. Drizzle 1/3 cup caramel sauce inside glasses and freeze again.
  • In a blender, combine milk and 4 scoops of ice-cream until smooth and thick. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses. Top each glass with 1 scoop of ice-cream, caramel popcorn, jersey caramels, and honeycomb shards. Insert a straw into a stack of doughnuts, place it in each glass, and drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce. Serve and enjoy!
