Satisfy your thirst with a tantalizing mix of vodka, rum, and flavorful juice.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 (3 inch) piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons whole peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon whole allspice berries
  • 6 ounces cinnamon sticks
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle rum
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 (7 pound) bag of crushed ice
  • 10 lemon slices
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine water, brown sugar, white sugar, ginger, peppercorns, allspice, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 30 minutes. Strain the mixture into a heatproof container, discard the spices, and refrigerate overnight to cool.
  • Add the chilled spice mixture to a large punchbowl and combine with vodka, rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
