Savoy cabbage, apples, walnuts, and celery in a creamy Waldorf dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 head savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 apples, cored and diced with peel
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 6 stalks celery, diced
  • 0.33333298563957 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • Thinly slice the cabbage with a sharp chef's knife, keeping the pieces between 1 to 2 inches long, and avoid using the tough ribs for a milder taste.
  • Combine cabbage, apples, walnuts, celery, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt in a large bowl, tossing until well coated. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for up to one day.
