Ingredients:
  • 500g beef strips
  • 1 tsp chilli
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 65.63 gm soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 medium Spanish onion, thinly diced
  • 3-1000.00 ml mixed salad leaves, washed and dried
  • 1 carrot, peeled and julienne
  • 1/2 continental cucumber, cut lengthways, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, deseeded, cut into small cubes
  • 125g Danish fetta, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, thoroughly mix the marinade ingredients. Add the beef, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl and delicately mix together.
  • Remove the beef from the marinade.
  • In a smoking hot wok or frypan, sizzle the tablespoon of olive oil and sizzle the beef until perfectly cooked. Mix the warm beef with the salad fixings and serve as is without any additional dressing.
