Warm Lemon, Honey, and Ginger Soother

Invigorating honey ginger lemon tea: comforting, caffeine-free elixir, ideal for cold relief and cozying up.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup honey, or to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3.5 cups boiling water
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients and bring water to a boil.
  • Combine honey, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon in a teapot or 4-cup glass measuring beaker with spout. Pour over boiling water and stir until honey dissolves.
  • Cover the teapot and steep for 5 minutes allowing the ginger to settle at the bottom. Strain if desired while pouring into a mug.
