Delectable watermelon, cantaloupe, and watercress salad drizzled with tangy lime-ginger vinaigrette and topped with toasted almonds.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 bunches watercress, trimmed and chopped
  • 2.5 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2.5 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 0.33333334326744 cup toasted and sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Combine zesty lime juice with sweet sugar and aromatic ginger in a large bowl. Slowly incorporate oil while seasoning with salt and pepper to your liking.
