Watermelon, cranberry & guava slushy

Cool off with a refreshing fruit slushy on hot summer days.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 (about 600g) watermelon, rind removed, coarsely chopped
  • 750ml (3 cups) guava nectar
  • 500ml (2 cups) cranberry juice, chilled
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) fresh lime juice
Instructions:
  • Blend the watermelon in a food processor until smooth, then strain it into a large metal container. Mix in the guava, cranberry, and lime juices. Cover with foil and freeze for 4 hours until partially frozen.
  • Add the frozen watermelon mixture to a food processor bowl and blend until it is smooth.
  • Divide evenly into glasses and serve promptly.
