Watermelon, peach and strawberry granita

Summer celebration dessert: Easy, budget-friendly granita for your next BBQ!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg seedless watermelon, skin removed, chopped
  • 2 punnets strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 425g can peach slices in natural juice
Instructions:
  • Combine the watermelon, strawberries, peach slices, and peach juice in a food processor, working in batches if needed. Blend until velvety smooth. Sweeten with sugar to your liking.
  • Strain fruit mixture into an 8-cup plastic container. Freeze for 4 to 5 hours until partially set. Fluff with a fork, then freeze for 4 more hours until fully frozen. Fluff again with a fork to break up ice crystals. Store in the freezer until serving.
  • Divide the granita among the chilled serving glasses and enjoy right away.
