Whip up a stunning watermelon and Turkish delight dessert for a refreshing treat in elegant glasses.
Ingredients:
  • 2kg piece (about 1/2 medium) watermelon, peeled, deseeded, roughly chopped
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 250.00 ml ice cubes Extra crushed ice (optional), to serve
  • 1 350g pkt rose Turkish delight, to serve
Instructions:
  • Blend half of the watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to stir occasionally. Add the rest of the watermelon, caster sugar, and ice cubes. Blend for 30 seconds until the ice is crushed and the mixture is well combined.
  • Fill the serving glasses with extra crushed ice, pour in the watermelon crush, and garnish with Turkish delight before serving.
