Watermelon slice "crust" topped with fresh fruits and veggies for a refreshing, crisp summer pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 1 center-cut slice watermelon, about 2 inches thick
  • seedless red grapes, halved
  • cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • cherries, pitted and halved
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • chopped fresh mint
Instructions:
  • Place the watermelon attractively on a large plate or cutting board, then generously sprinkle with your favorite toppings. Cut into wedges just before serving.
