Simplify your mornings with these healthy and fun watermelon Popsicles, perfect for busy parents and picky preschoolers.
Ingredients:
  • 350g piece watermelon
  • 170g tub low-fat coconut yoghurt
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
  • 6 seedless red grapes, quartered lengthways
Instructions:
  • Peel the watermelon and slice it into four 1.5 cm-thick, 4 cm x 9 cm rectangles. Insert ice-cream sticks into the ends of each rectangle and place them in separate ziplock bags. Refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
  • Smooth the yoghurt by stirring it gently. Distribute the smooth yoghurt into two 3/4-cup-capacity airtight containers. Add passionfruit pulp and grapes on top. Seal the containers with lids and refrigerate until needed.
  • Pack yoghurt and watermelon popsicles into lunchboxes for a tasty snack.
