Watermelon vodka spritzer: Refreshing summer cocktail with agave for a light and cool treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup diced watermelon
  • 2 fluid ounces watermelon vodka
  • 1 fluid ounce agave nectar
  • 0.25 cup ice cubes
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda
Instructions:
  • Muddle fresh watermelon in a shaker, then pour in vodka, agave nectar, and 1/4 cup ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture through a strainer into a glass filled with ice and finish by adding club soda on top.
