Heart Healthy Smoothie: Blend and savor this quick and tasty drink!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped seeded watermelon
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup chilled apple juice
Instructions:
  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide the smoothie evenly among the glasses and serve promptly.
