Kids will love these coconut-orange bites.
Ingredients:
  • 45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) fresh orange juice
  • 400g watermelon, rind removed, cut into 4cm pieces.
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, cut into quarters
  • 1 banana, peeled, cut into 8 pieces
  • 130g (1/2 cup) vanilla yoghurt
  • 42.00 gm fresh orange juice
Instructions:
  • Evenly spread desiccated coconut on a plate. Place orange juice in a shallow bowl. Dip watermelon into the orange juice, then roll in coconut to coat. Transfer to a plate and repeat the process with kiwifruit and banana.
  • Mix velvety vanilla yogurt with freshly squeezed orange juice in a bowl. Top with ripe fruit chunks for a delightful presentation.
