Ingredients:

50ml Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whisky
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
9.00 gm sugar
Lemon slice, to garnish
Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Ice

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
Place cubed ice in the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
