Elevate your dish with gourmet grissini, crostini, or vibrant crudites for dipping.
Ingredients:
  • 25g butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed,
  • 230g jar artichokes, drained, chopped
  • 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) chicken style liquid stock
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over gentle heat, melt butter. Sauté garlic for 2 minutes. Introduce artichokes, beans, and chicken stock. Simmer for 3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Blend in a food processor until creamy. Fold in cheese and parsley.
