Versatile white bean spread, perfect for dipping or smearing on rustic rye bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 300g can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
  • 42.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 x 500g pkt thinly sliced dark rye bread
Instructions:
  • Combine the beans, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor until smooth and well blended.
  • While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the oil until the bean mixture is silky smooth. Then, taste and season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
  • Transfer the puree to a serving bowl and serve with the bread slices cut into quarters.
