Try this dairy-free white bread machine recipe for a plain, light, and fluffy loaf.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add water, sugar, oil, salt, bread flour, and yeast to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Select the White Bread setting for baking.
  • With oven mitts, gently take out the bread pan from the machine. Allow the bread to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
