Ingredients:
  • 340g pkt Golden Buttercake
  • 125g fresh raspberries
  • 150g white chocolate, coarsely grated
  • Icing sugar, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 180C. Grease a 22cm round cake pan with melted butter and line with non-stick baking paper. Prepare White Wings Golden Buttercake mix according to package instructions up to step 2.
  • Gently mix in raspberries and white chocolate, then transfer the mixture into the pan, ensuring a smooth surface. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the center. Allow to cool in the pan before decorating the top with additional raspberries. Finish by dusting with icing sugar and serving with double cream.
