Indulge in luxurious white chocolate raspberry fudge to wow loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can Nestlé sweetened condensed milk
  • 220g caster sugar
  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 55.60 gm glucose syrup
  • 200g Nestlé Baker's choice white chocolate melts
  • 70g almond
  • 110g jam
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20cm square cake tin by greasing and lining it with baking paper, ensuring the paper overhangs on the sides.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk, sugar, butter, and glucose syrup. Stir and cook for 8 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  • - Turn the heat down to medium-low and let it gently simmer. - Keep stirring for 6-8 minutes until the mixture thickens. - Take the pot off the heat and swiftly mix in the melts until smooth. - Add the almonds and mix well. - Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. - Drop spoonfuls of jam on top of the fudge and use a skewer to create swirls.
  • Chill fudge in the fridge until firm, then cut into pieces once cooled to room temperature.
