White chocolate & raspberry ricotta jaffle

Quick and easy dessert ready in 10 minutes. Perfect with ice cream or custard for a delicious touch.
Ingredients:
  • 60g fresh ricotta
  • 20g white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 15g butter, at room temperature
  • 40.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • Icing sugar mixture, to dust
Instructions:
  • Heat up your jaffle or sandwich maker while you mix the ricotta and chocolate in a small bowl.
  • Butter one side of each bread slice. Place a slice, butter-side down, in the preheated jaffle maker. Add ricotta mixture and raspberries. Top with remaining bread slice, butter side up. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden. Remove from jaffle maker, slice, and dust with icing sugar to serve.
