Create an impressive dessert for dinner parties with just 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 6 sheets filo pastry
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted
  • 400g white chocolate, chopped
  • 280g yoghurt
  • 250g nuts, in honey (see notes)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C and butter a 23cm loose-bottomed tart pan.
  • Cut the filo sheets into 28cm squares, brush them with butter, and layer them in the pan.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and fill it with rice or pastry weights. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  • Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until melted. Let it cool slightly before using.
  • Combine the chocolate and yogurt in a bowl until smooth, then spread mixture into the cooled tart shell. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Drizzle honey-roasted nuts on top before serving.
