Create a delicious dessert for 8 in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 80g white chocolate
  • 1/2 x 250g tub Original Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 8 shortbread biscuits
  • 32 fresh raspberries (see notes)
Instructions:
  • Melt 60g of chocolate in a small saucepan over gentle heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat once fully melted.
  • Combine the cream cheese by stirring until fully mixed.
  • Spread the biscuits with the luscious white chocolate cream cheese mixture and generously garnish them with fresh raspberries.
  • Grate the rest of the chocolate in a rustic manner and generously sprinkle it over the biscuits.
