White chocolate truffles

Whip up these luxurious truffles effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 100g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 180g white chocolate, chopped
  • 250g pkt triple choc cookies
Instructions:
  • Pulse biscuits in a food processor or blender until they turn into fine crumbs, then transfer to a large bowl.
  • Combine condensed milk and milk chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over biscuit crumbs, mix well, and chill for 10 minutes to slightly firm. Line a tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • Shape mixture into delectable bite-sized balls, arrange them on a tray, and let them cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Heat white chocolate in the microwave on MEDIUM for 2-3 minutes, stirring after each minute until smooth. Line a wire rack with non-stick baking paper, then dip balls into the white chocolate to coat. Place them on the rack to set. Chill the truffles in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
