White peach sorbet: Refreshing and subtly sweet, made with ripe, aromatic fruit for peak flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 5 ripe white peaches
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Peel white peaches, leaving some skin for texture and color, then cut into chunks and discard pits. Mix in lemon juice.
  • Blend ripe peaches and freshly squeezed lemon juice until velvety using an immersion blender. Sweeten with sugar to suit your preference. Blend once more. Allow the luscious peach mixture to cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Transfer the peach mixture into an ice cream freezer and follow the manufacturer's freezing guidelines.
