Effortlessly prepare a tantalizing white sangria blend of white wine, cognac, peach schnapps, ginger ale, and assorted fruits for a vibrant Spanish-inspired summer beverage.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup peach schnapps
  • 0.5 cup cognac
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 4 oranges, sliced into rounds
  • 2 mangos, peeled and sliced
  • 4 (750 milliliter) bottles dry white wine, chilled
  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
Instructions:
  • In a pitcher, mix peach schnapps, cognac, sugar, sliced oranges, and sliced mangos, then stir well and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  • Transfer the fruity mix into a grand punch bowl. Blend in cold white wine and ginger ale. Serve in glasses garnished with some of the fresh fruit slices.
