Delicious turkey gravy infused with white wine, rosemary, and drippings for a flavorful twist. Easy to prepare and packed with taste.
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups turkey drippings
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Pass the turkey drippings through a fine mesh sieve into a large saucepan. Reserve 1 cup of drippings in a bowl. Combine white wine, rosemary, and black pepper in the saucepan with the drippings and gently simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes to enhance the flavors and cook off the alcohol.
  • Whisk cornstarch into drippings to make a smooth mixture, then add it to hot gravy. Let it simmer until thickened for about 3 minutes. Season with salt to taste and strain out any large pieces of rosemary before serving.
