Try this easy camping breakfast recipe for Who-hash using canned luncheon meat and potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans diced white potatoes, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) can fully cooked luncheon meat (such as SPAM®), diced
  • 0.5 medium onion, chopped
Instructions:
  • Start by heating oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Next, evenly spread out the potatoes and meat in the skillet. Let them cook until they're golden brown on one side for about 5 minutes. Then, flip them over and cook until the other side is golden brown. Finally, add the onions and cook until they are tender, stirring occasionally, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
