Wow your guests with a refreshing wild raspberry and hibiscus rosé cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 350ml Wild Raspberry & Hibiscus Iced Tea
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 400ml Rose, chilled
  • 25g pkt freeze dried raspberries, crushed
  • Purple micro herbs, to serve, optional
Instructions:
  • Transfer the Raspberry iced tea into ice cube trays and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend frozen tea cubes, raspberries, and cold Rose until thick and smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into chilled serving glasses. Top with crushed raspberries and micro herbs before serving.
