Ingredients:
  • Green vegetables (like spinach, silverbeet, rocket, watercress, mizuna, young beetroot leaves and kale)
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 30.00 gm water
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Prepare a versatile and vibrant dish using various tender greens like spinach, silverbeet, rocket, watercress, mizuna, young beetroot leaves, and kale.
  • Serve each person a generous portion of 1 1/2 packed cups of greens.
  • In a frying pan, warm 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Slice 3 garlic cloves thinly and add them to the pan, being careful not to burn them. Once the garlic sizzles, add greens and toss in the oil until they begin to wilt.
  • Drizzle 1 1/2 tablespoons of water over the dish and season generously with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
  • Serve the greens at room temperature for a delightful dining experience.
