Spooky Halloween punch with frozen hand for a chilling effect at parties!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 2.5 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2 liters ginger ale
  • 2 liters sparkling apple cider (non-alcoholic)
  • 6 gummi snakes candy
Instructions:
  • Prepare the frozen hand: Clean the exterior of a rubber glove and reverse it. In a 4-cup measuring cup, mix the defrosted raspberries with cranberry juice.
  • In a small saucepan, gently pour 2 cups of the raspberry mixture. Sprinkle gelatin over the top and let it sit for 2 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is fully dissolved. Combine with the remaining raspberry mixture in the measuring cup.
  • Transfer the raspberry mixture into the glove turned inside out. Seal the top of the glove tightly with kitchen twine. Freeze until firm, ideally for several days.
  • Serve by delicately removing the glove from the frozen hand and positioning the hand, palm up, against the side of a large punch bowl. Slowly pour in ginger ale and sparkling cider, then adorn with gummy snakes for a spooky touch.
