Witlof, apple & radish salad with dill dressing

Crunchy celery, apple, radish, and walnut side dish with a refreshing herb dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 20.00 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 witlof, leaves separated, large leaves halved
  • 2 celery sticks, ends trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 4 radishes, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 18.40 gm chopped walnuts
  • 1 small red apple, halved, cored, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine the oil, vinegar, and dill in a small jug, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the witlof, celery, radish, walnut, and apple. Pour in the dressing and gently toss everything together. Serve and enjoy!
