Ingredients:
  • 375g packet dark chocolate melts
  • 10 grissini (breadsticks)
Instructions:
  • Prepare 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Melt half of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 1-minute intervals on HIGH power. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth.
  • Transfer the melted chocolate into a small snap-lock bag. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag. Pipe 90 thin, 10cm-long lines onto trays. Allow to set at room temperature.
  • Arrange the set lines tightly into 10 groups of 9.
  • Prepare the baking tray by lining it with non-stick baking paper. Melt the remaining chocolate melts following the previous step. Using a pastry brush, apply a thin layer of chocolate on the top half of one grissini. Press chocolate lines onto the chocolate-coated half of the grissini, then roll to attach the lines securely. Place the prepared grissini on the tray. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Allow the grissini to set at room temperature.
