Warm, creamy Swiss and cream cheese dip with bacon, green onions, and mayo.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 4 buttery round crackers, crushed
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until it is beautifully browned. Once cooked, drain, crumble, and set aside.
- Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth. Add Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for an additional 2-4 minutes. Top with crushed crackers and serve warm with crackers.
