Enjoy the best of both worlds with these cute mini cheeseburger meat loaves!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced, whites and greens separated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon barbecue seasoning
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 slices (1 oz each) sharp Cheddar cheese, quartered
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F and generously coat 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Combine beef, bacon, Bisquick™ mix, green onion whites, egg, and barbecue seasoning in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Fill muffin cups with the mixture, pressing evenly into each cup.
  • Bake the loaves for 14 to 17 minutes until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 160°F. Brush with barbecue sauce, add cheese, and bake for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Finish by topping with green onion greens.
