Easy buckwheat bread recipe made effortlessly in a bread machine, yielding a tasty and healthy 1 1/2-pound loaf.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2.6666667461395 cups bread flour
  • 0.75 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2.25 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Add water, oil, sour cream, egg, egg yolk, bread flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, salt, and yeast to the bread machine following the manufacturer's recommended order. Select the Bread cycle and after around 2 hours and 55 minutes, take out the loaf.
