Spicy grilled beef burgers with chipotle Cheddar on toasted buns.
Ingredients:
  • Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil
  • 8 slices SARGENTO® Deli Style Sliced Chipotle Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 cups medium salsa, divided
  • 1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips, divided
  • 1 cup chopped green onions, divided
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 8 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill to a deliciously high temperature. Poke holes in a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil using a grilling fork; then, set it aside.
  • Mix together ground beef, 1 cup salsa, 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, garlic salt, and chili powder in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Form the mixture into 8 burgers, each measuring 4 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cover the grill grate with foil, shiny side down, and place the burgers on top.
  • Grill burgers for 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Lightly toast hamburger buns on the grill. Place a slice of cheese on each burger and let it melt. Serve burgers on buns topped with salsa, tortilla chips, and green onions.
