Tender grilled pork tenderloins marinated in zesty chipotle-lime-cilantro blend, perfect as a main dish or appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 (10 ounce) pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat
Instructions:
  • Combine cilantro, chiles, garlic, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, and cumin in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a resealable plastic bag. Add pork tenderloins, coat well with the marinade, remove excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate and marinate for 6 hours.
  • Remove the tenderloins from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade and let the pork come to room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill tenderloins on the preheated grill for about 10 minutes per side until they are slightly pink in the center, ensuring they reach at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
