Maple chipotle glazed grilled chicken - a quick and perfectly flavored weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.75 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup sesame oil
  • 0.125 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash celery salt
Instructions:
  • In a marinating container, mix together chicken breasts, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, chipotle powder, oregano, paprika, cayenne, and celery salt until well combined. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour before cooking.
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill the marinated chicken breasts at the center, basting with reserved marinade every few minutes for a perfectly glazed finish. Cook until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, flipping as needed, for a total of 20-30 minutes.
