Festive punch gets a zesty kick from ginger.
Ingredients:
  • 500ml pineapple juice
  • 60ml passionfruit
  • 125ml ginger wine
  • 1l lemonade
  • 1 continental cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • Passionfruit wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a punch bowl or serving jug, mix the pineapple juice, passionfruit pulp, and ginger wine. Pour in the lemonade and gently stir to blend everything together.
  • Combine the cucumber ribbons, fresh mint leaves, and ice cubes, then garnish with passionfruit wedges before serving.
