Zesty punch featuring ginger for a festive twist.
Ingredients:
  • 500ml pineapple juice
  • 60ml passionfruit
  • 125ml ginger wine
  • 1l lemonade
  • 1 continental cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • Passionfruit wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a punch bowl or serving jug, mix together the pineapple juice, passion fruit pulp, and ginger wine. Add lemonade on top and gently stir everything together.
  • Combine the cucumber ribbons, fresh mint leaves, and ice cubes in the serving dish. Garnish with passionfruit wedges.
