Whip up a tangy BBQ sauce with ketchup, molasses, vinegar, and mustard in bulk for endless flavor at your fingertips!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
  • 0.25 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ketchup, water, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, salt, hot pepper sauce, granulated garlic, and black pepper in a small heavy-bottomed saucepan. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let it cool, then transfer to a glass jar. Refrigerate uncovered for 8 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
