Cheesy zucchini corn bake with jalapenos - a spicy and creamy side dish topped with a golden-brown crust.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onions
  • 5 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 0.75 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
Instructions:
  • Saute onions in a large nonstick ovenproof skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Add corn and peppers, cover, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until corn is tender, stirring frequently.
  • Combine the flour and milk until smooth. Stir into the corn mixture and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until thickened, stirring often. Mix in the zucchini and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
  • Preheat broiler. Broil vegetable mixture until cheese is melted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
