'Carrot cake' dip

Delight in a sweet and spicy carrot cake dip for all the carrot cake lovers out there!
Ingredients:
  • 250g Original Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 82.50 ml finely grated carrot (see notes), plus carrot sticks to serve
  • 1/2 tsp orange rind
  • 42.00 gm orange juice
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle
  • 7.20 gm honey (optional)
Instructions:
  • Mix together the cream cheese, grated carrot, zest, juice, cinnamon, and honey (if desired) in a serving bowl until well blended.
  • Enhance with more cinnamon according to your preference. Enjoy with crisp carrot sticks.
